We met at the river at "The Point" on June 30th, 2012. I was introduced to Nick and we hit it off right away. Nick asked me to go for a boat ride with him and some friends. I decided to go even though my parents weren't at "The Point" yet and I knew I might be in big trouble when they showed up and I was out with some strangers. I had the best time ever and Nick fed me Coors lights and Jell-O-Shots! When my parents showed up and I was gone, Dayna Elliott had the pleasure of letting my dad know what I was up too. :) When we got back I surprisingly wasn't in too much trouble. Nick and I made plans to hang out again for the 4th of July and we were pretty much inseparable from that time on!

We were at my (Kaylie's) brothers races in Parker, Arizona. The day was going perfect and Mitchie won his race! We were all back at camp celebrating the win and then Nick got down on one knee in front of everyone there and proposed. I was in complete shock and had absolutely no idea it was happening! It was the best!
